Maximize the Impact of Your Discovery Session

Tips and Guidelines To Maximize The Impact of Your “Discovery Session”

#1 - Eliminate Distractions

You don't want any noise coming into your mind before your private session.  That's why we ask you to eliminate all distractions for at least half an hour before your Discovery Session.

Seriously ... close down all social media, skype, news, conspiracy websites, email, television, and so on.

#2 - Be Willing To Be Vulnerable

We get it -- it's very possible you've never met us. Be vulnerable like you've known us for a while. Everything we talk about is in strict confidence, so be vulnerable so we can better help you.

#3 - Take 100% Responsibility

Wherever you are right now ... your "Point A" ... You're ultimately responsible.

It's not something that just happens to you, nor is it someone else's fault that you're in the situation you may be in currently. Take responsibility so we can make a positive and permanent CHANGE together!

Just as important as owning your predicaments -- own your successes!

A 2015 study by the Harvard Business School found that reflecting on successes "inspired improvements in people’s emotions, resistance to disease, resilience to stress and burnout, creative problem solving, performance under pressure, and relationships with their employer."

Are you game?

#4 - Be a 100% Open To “4 Commitments”

You're going to be asked to keep these 4 committments.

1) Coachability
2) Decisiveness
3) Commitment
4) Investment

You're going to be asked how coachable are you, how decisive you are, what level of commitment you have, and then how willing you are to invest in your business.

Regardless of how you decide to plug the holes in your Customer Value Journey, you're going to have to invest either time or money -- and usually both.  If you're not willing to keep these 4 agreements, we might as well process a refund to you.

Why?

Because we're about to do a lot of work for you, and we need your commitment through the process.

Then, once the Customer Value Journey is complete, you will have to make some decisions on how you want to take action moving forward.  Regardless of who implements the Customer Value Journey, you will have to continue honoring these 4 commitments.

Then, in the end, looking back -- you will be glad you did as you begin to see the results of your effort.

#5 - Be Coachable To Accept Your Costs of Inaction.

You have not taken action in certain ways -- we're human, it's part of what we do.  One of the downsides is that it has cost you a lot of money.

Now, there's only ONE thing left to do ...
