Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Pick up personal packages from Novato Mailing Annex (1-2X/week)
- Organize office library, books, files, especially after trips (1X/week)
- Visit Wells Fargo bank for deposits, cashing checks, banking, etc. (1X/week)
- Food shopping at Safeway, Nugget, Trader Joes, Wholefoods (1X/week)
- Apartment management interacting with cleaning person & handyperson (as needed)
- Shopping for business, cleaning and personal & health supplies (1-2X/month)
- DMV, credit bureau, car maintenance ... oil change, carwash, etc. (as needed)
- Coordinate “Deep Dive” Clients - food, lodging, air travel (as needed)
- Dog walking, feeding, boarding during travel, or veterinarian visits (as needed)
- Minor tidying my apartment, doing laundry, dishes & organizing (1x/week)
- Pick-up international clients from OAK or SFO airport (as needed)
